If you are experiencing issues loading or using the Cineplex Store app on the LG TV you might have a WebOS TV that needs a software update.
To identify if your LG Smart television is on the WebOS platform go into Settings Icon > Advance Icon > General Settings > About This TV > TV Information. If you confirm you have a WebOs TV please check how to update your TV’s firmware.
